Assistinting with non destructive testing on pipelines tanks and vessels. Utilizing the methods of ultrasonics, industrial radiography, magnetic particle testing, & dye penetrant testing. I have also completed the Applus RTD classes for Radiography technition level I, & ultrasonics technition. I am currently enrolled in radiography level 2 technition, magnetic particle testing, & dye penetrant testing.

Responsibilities at SimplexGrinnell consisted of testing, inspecting, & minor repair and maintenance of a wide variety of fire alarm & fire suppression systems. My involvement in the SimplexGrinnell Entrée program has given me a wide range of knowledge of numerous systems. A few systems I have received training on are, Simplex, Notifier, EST (Edwards), Fire Lite, Cerberus Pyrotronics (Siemens), & Silent Knight Intelligent & conventional panels. I have also had the opportunity to test & inspect special hazards systems (FM200, Sapphire, Inergen,novec1230 High pressure CO2, Ansul, & Halon 1301) Wet systems, dry pipe systems, preaction, deluge, AFFF foam, kitchen hoods, E-power, fire doors, stairwell pressurization/ smoke control, fire pumps, & testing /certification of backflow preventors (ABPI). I have a wide variety of experience with solenoids actuators and squibs.

As a lead of installations with VTI I have taken on the role of a Lead/Manager of projects with a broad list of responsibilities ranging from the pulling of permits to closing jobs. I have a constant interaction with customers prior to a projects start until that projects completion. The systems I have commonly used at VTI are Casi rusco, Amag, Infographics, & Softwarehouse for access control. For the video products that I have used are Kalatel, Pelco, & Panasonic. I was also completing the interface of fire alarm control panels & central station monitoring & dialers. There are a number of other access, phone, intercom, video, fire, & intrusion products which I have used here as well.

Responsible for the Integration and service of numerous systems ranging from access control, fire/ life safety, voice, data, video, and intrusion systems to automated parking control systems.

Promoted to service manager from lead of installations in retros & new construction of security, fire/ life safety, card access and CCTV digital and analog video systems. Duties performed on a daily basis include scheduling, project management, time management, reading of blueprints, distribution of workload, inventory management, completion of as bilts, trouble shooting, maintenance, completion of the interface of fire alarm control panels & central station monitoring & dialers along with service of small panels (firelite, silent knight) programming and customer instruction of multiple jobs and service calls. A few projects that I have managed are the state capital and governors mansion of both Colorado and Wyoming, FMC Devens penitentiary , Hewlett Packard facility Fort Collins, Invesco Field, Coors Field, Denver Human Services, and Denver Housing Authority just to name a few. My knowledge is also spread out on a large spectrum of product lines some included, IFS, Info-Graphics, Checkpoint, Win DSX, Casi-Rusco, Pelco, Panasonic, Extreme CCTV, Innovonics, Ademco, DSC, Access Gold, wireless and hardwired systems. In addition I have setup and maintained Local area networks and Wide area networks, lease lines and microwave.

Reading prints, laying out according to regulating codes, boxing, wiring, making up, trimming, testing, troubleshooting and finishing electrical in new residential construction.
