Identified and coordinated training requirements. • Maintained TBMCS-UL documentation. Ensured operational capability and accountability of base specific TBMCS-UL training equipment.

• Supervised and managed 20 enlisted personnel in Emergency Actions (EA)Status of Resources and Training, operational reporting and training in a 24-hour Command Post Command and Control operation. • Ensured that personnel are properly trained, evaluated, and certified to meet United States Central Command Air Forces and Air Combat Command mission commitments.• Implemented and enforced Command and Control policies and procedures.• Ensured and verified EA controllers ability to respond to EA messages, analyze content and initiate appropriate actions.

• Managed and executed Command Post training and certification program.• Developed and maintained a master training plan to ensure all controllers are trained and motivated to accurately process emergency action messages and respond to war contingency plans, emergency war orders, operation orders, disasters, and aircraft and base emergencies.• Guided 21 enlisted and 1 officer controller through the training process to positively control the status and location of two fighter squadrons of fighter aircraft valued in excess of $1 Billion.• Developed and evaluated training process to ensure controller proficiency and operational readiness in compliance with governing directives.
