Manager Of Imaging Quality And Administration
Current• Promote quality within imaging services, while ensuring efficient and effective administrative operation and support for a variety of departments that produce medical images.• Coordinates with IT and leadership to reduce costs by pursuing standardization of solutions and processes across all ministries.• Perform payroll, scheduling, evaluations, and manage a team of 23 Imaging Systems Administrators who are geographically dispersed through various states.• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to the suite of imaging programs.• Act as a liaison in all medical imaging initiatives• Collaborates with leadership to supervise and direct the activities of the Quality Improvement initiatives and Service Excellence programs.• Provides functional quality governance through formulation, set-up and review of functional metrics, dashboards, strategies and performance goals.• Responsible for oversight of daily operation and monitoring the health of the imaging system(s).• Facilitates high user satisfaction of the imaging system(s) through active monitoring and rounding with end users, support associates, and support and enhance solutions that retrieve, analyze, enhance and exchange digitized medical images.• Assists in the investigation, identification, escalation, and resolution of issues involving imaging systems and engages Information Management (IM) leadership and vendors as necessary.• Participate in and help lead all medical imaging upgrades, conversions, and implementations while coordinating with Information Management (IM) team, leadership, and vendors as appropriate.• Able to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents to identify/interpret technical requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.• Stay abreast of new and emerging imaging technologies.
