Since beginning his career in the early months of the year 2000 Mr. Gary Conn has been involved in many aspects of survey. In the past 15 years he has had the opportunity to work on many projects such as Construction of Subdivisions, Bridges, and private land surveys in the states of Washington, Montana, Oregon and Idaho. During this time he has been in charge of handling contract’s for boundary surveys for the US Forest Service (USFS), Plum Creek and other forestry companies. He is also an active member of the Montana Association of Registered Land Surveyors (MARLS).Currently Mr. Conn is the Pipeline Manager for Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying, LLC in theSidney, MT office. While working with the knowledgeable team at UELS, LLC he has had the opportunity to gain a great deal of knowledge and experience in the area of pipeline and well location staking for the oil and gas industry. He has been assigned the task of managing thousands of miles of proposed pipeline and as- built pipeline gathering systems for large pipeline companies.This past year he managed 200 miles of a 12” Crude line project running from Dore, North Dakota to Guernsey, Wyoming including the permitting of all road crossings with the State of Montana and North Dakota as well as county permitting along the route. In conjunction with managing the 200 mile Crude line project he was also able to continue to oversee the operations of the many other gathering system projects that were in progress, located in North Dakota.Mr. Conn offers many benefits to any pipeline company, from the beginning proposal stage to the final as- built portion of a project.
