I have been a commercial real estate appraiser for 35 years in California Arizona and Nevada I have worked on large projects small projects and have negotiated purchases, leases and construction contracts. I have operated and managed my own company Pacific Valley appraisal which had seven offices in two states and 50 full-time appraisers. These appraisers were employees of Pacific Valley appraisal they were not part of a management company we did not subcontract work out my employees only worked for Pacific Valley appraisal Incorporated. Part of my duties as the owner and president of the Corporation was to do the analysis to the profitability and feasibility of many types of businesses throughout the three states in which I worked. I have testified in a number of courts throughout the state of California and Nevada providing expert testimony on value, lease analysis, feasibility analysis, financial models and providing assistance to my clients in organizing and summarizing information for legal counsel.
