A conscientious and professional Network Manager with over fifteen years of broad IT experience but with the attitude to continually acquire new skills. Recent achievements with my current employer include completing a migration of our on-premise exchange server to Microsoft 365 and organising Security Awareness training for the entire work force. More recently project managing a site move for our Matting division. This included installing and configuring the network infrastructure for a brand new 44,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office facility, ranging from CCTV, Phone System, Wi-Fi, network cabling, switches, and routers, and site to site VPN. .Outside of user support the following gives an idea of what my role entails:• Maintenance of entire LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure it is available 24/7• Microsoft Windows Server support and installation including virtual servers (Hyper-V)• Microsoft Exchange Server• Active Directory• Supporting existing business systems and software• Purchasing hardware and software for the business•
