My role at Aegon split my time between the adviser lead platforms Aegon Retirement Choices / One Retirement and the Direct to customer platform RetireadyWhile working at Aegon I was involved in a quality calibration project which has resulted in the roll out of a new model for quality and compliance checks as well working on a project to upgrade 55,000 customers from Aegon’s packaged environment to the new digital Retiready Platform.

Responsible for assisting a Private Banking Manager (PBM) managing a portfolio of approximately £80 Million. This involved acting as a first point of contact for all clients and 3rd parties, running the day to day diaries, finding potential business from existing clients, dealing with all clerical and administrative duties day to day as well as writing financial reports and making sure they are actioned within service level agreements for a portfolio of 350-450 clients.Also worked on Project Verde where it impacted wealth clients, to document and transfer their accounts to their designated choice of bank.

I worked as a Collector in secured collections and recoveries in part of a team of 6 other collectors dealing with customers who were experiencing difficulties in making their mortgage payments. Outside of my main responsibilities, I took on responsibilities for organising team processes and administering quality control checks for new staff members.
