As an Applications product Manager, I supported chemical trials, recommended product selections, provided sales support to the the sales lead. I traveled to pulp mills in North America and Latin America to trouble shoot program issues and determine proper product selection for given applications. On site testing was done with local sales reps to help trouble shoot the process and secure existing business or to gain new business. Presented proposals to the mills to show their strengths and weaknesses in the process. Looked for ideal chemical solutions.

In the lab I helped supervise a group of technicians. I was responsible for specific grade development of new paper products to bring to the market place. I also performed quality assurance testing to make certain that the paper produced meet our quality specifications. My responsibilities were primarily R&D and quality assurance but I also performed environmental testing when needed.

Co-owner of Fish construction, an excavation business. We had as many as 15 employees at one time. Specialized in residential construction but also emerged into building ponds for landscape benefits.
