I serve as the CEO of a nonprofit consortium of nineteen public and private colleges and universities serving northern suburban Chicago residents and employers. Created by the Illinois Board of Higher Education, the University Center of Lake County offers over 90 bachelor completion and graduate degrees and certificate programs. The UC also manages a technology-rich Conference Center which hosts over 800 events and meetings each year. An Educator's Center also provides professional development workshops for K-12 teachers and staff. As Executive Director and Dean, I work with an independent governing board and provide executive oversight of the operational, financial, human resource functions of the University Center.

Served as chief student affairs and enrollment management officer for urban university serving 12,000 students.
