Current• Understand the needs of key decision makers at multiple levels within each account.• Develop strong rapport with customers, adjusting to buyer personalities to cultivate lasting relationships.• Understand Fireside products and installation processes inside and out. • Identify and address problems with solutions unique to each customer.• Utilize Key Account Plans (KAP's), Key Account Business Reviews (KABR's), and Strategic Pricing Request (SPR) to set and achieve challenging goals.• Systematically manage account plans to recognize strategic opportunities and maximize sales through current accounts and new business development.• Mentor and train new sales talent.
