Using Autocad and Cadpipe computer programs to prepare design packages and work scope for plant expansions. Project management for projects up to 1M. Projects include design packages for installation of rotary drum filters, cryogenic magnet, conveyor systems, 50# and 1 ton baggers, evaporator, heat recovery system, tank installation and repair per API codes, structural steel design and detailing, sulfuric acid injection systems, sulfuric acid rail car off loading and storage systems, and centrifuges.

Preparing design packages using Autocad and Cadpipe for facility expansions, project management, startup of systems I was in charge of managing. The project description is the same as KaMinLLC, since the two companies are the same with new owners.

Used Microstation to perpare design drawings for various projects.

Plant Vogtle, Waynesboro, Georgia

I reviewed pipe support design drawings to assure the craft could install the supports without restraints. I worked with craft during construction to assure support were installed correctly and met quality assurance standards. In the later phase of construction I served as Liason for Pullman to Georgia Power to report status of systems and prioritize work for the craft to meet schedules. I worked in the group that performed flushing of the systems and help get the Containment Building systems ready for Hot Functional Testing.

Uss Agrichemicals Facility At Ft. Meade, Florida

I was part of a Construction Management team in charge of constructing a new facility that included Sulfuric Acid Plant, Phosphoric Acid Plant, 32 Megawatt Turbine Generator, Office Building, Conveying Systems, Truck Scales, Waste Pond construction and plant road system. I assisted in managing Monsanto, Dravo, United Engineers, Southeast Construction, and Bulger Construction contractors during all phases of construction and startup.
