• As per Category Manager Job Spec in Irish business. Relocated to Middle East Office. New position created in Middle East for the first time. Bringing wealth of Category experience from Key European markets.
• Management of a key Brand Restaging project for our Kellogg’s Masterbrand in the MEA region along with the development of a Kellogg Customer Engagement Centre in the UAE, the first such Centre outside of Europe.

• Develop Cereal & Snacks Category Leadership through compelling Category Vision that focuses on driver strategies, and incorporating channel–specific strategies to grow cereal
• Ensure Category Vision and drivers are fully-embedded in Cereal business structure, processes and ways of working.
• Develop shopper understanding within Commercial Team and deliver best in class to ROI Retailers to help grow overall Category performance.
• Formulation and Presentation of Category Plans for Key Customer channels to positively influence Kellogg €Sales & Share of Market (space/range/location/distribution/availability).
• Profitably maximise Kellogg Brand portfolio through building, developing & maintaining sustainable relationships with customer buying teams.
• Plan & Evaluate the effectiveness of all Category Management innovations.
