The role was responsible for designing and delivering tailored training solutions across the organisation. Also included was a responsibility for the internal Knowledge Management System, ensuring all content (including general articles and process instructions) was current and fit-for-purpose.Achievements include:> Successfully built an automated Excel tool allowing users to easily access information on over 400 historic products. This improved customer resolution times and reduced training time needed> Made a significant contribution to a team nominated for a national company-wide high-performance award, recognising our accountability and ability to deliver training solutions> Implemented a complete and centralised listing of business rules, as well as the framework to ensure regular review by all applicable stakeholders, and the process for adding, deleting, or changing rules
