My time in this role was to assist in the sales for the store, ensuring that every staff member was delivering the best service they could and dealing with any poor performances. I also had to run the store when the assistant manager and manager were away. This involved cashing up,task management, staff management, and target setting. After 6 months the stores performance continued to improve so i was promoted to assistant manager.

This Role was mainly to assist with customers to ensure they recieved the best experience they could. This also involved trying to add on sales,not only to increase sales but also enhance the customers experience.After four months i was then promoted due to my excellent customer service and sales technique.

The main purpose of this role was the Maintenance of undercarriage parts for aircraft which involved using boring, honing, grinding, lathes and milling machines to restore aircraft parts. In this role i had to also make bushes and other tools to aid in the repairs. Gained great skills while in this role including working as part of a team, and being trustedto work to very strict competences.
