CurrentGary Krieger has over 25 years of utility experience in the areas of energy efficiency and emergency management. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing electric and gas commercial and residential energy efficiency programs. His expertise focuses in the areas of creating, initiating and implementing a wide range of energy efficiency portfolio programs. He recently developed the commercial/industrial custom electric and gas program for Rochester Gas & Electric and the New York State Electric and Gas companies. Mr. Krieger was the program manager both commercial and residential programs for the Long Island Power Authority. He developed and implemented a 75 MW commercial retrofit program. In that capacity, he was the business project manager that designed the Siebel database to automate the incentive process. He also developed an M&V manual specific for the program that contractors would be required to meet. He was selected to startup the commercial/industrial gas efficiency for New York City and Long Island for National Grid which was formerly KeySpan. Mr. Krieger is a certified Measurement and Verification Professional through the Association of Energy Engineers. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in physics from the New York Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in biophysics from the University of Kansas.
