Update the Master Street Address Guide per ledgers from customers. Refer 911 problems and follow up on them according to company guidelines. Document resolutions to all 911 situations on original paperwork or in the appropriate databases. Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction and account maintenance. Answers telephone calls daily from customers and respond to voicemail messages in a timely manner. Experience with PC usage. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows. Receive and distribute all medical supplies. Restock the central supply room and take weekly inventories. Work closely with the Purchasing Department tracking current and back ordered supplies. Maintain appropriate levels of stock on all supplies. Identify and communicate any problems related to medical supplies or inventory levels to the Purchasing Department. Pickup and delivery of life sustaining dialysis supplies and transportation of various medical equipment to patients. Work closely with patients and patient’s families to coordinate timely supply pick ups and deliveries. Repeatedly lift and handle moderate to heavy weight up and down stairs with use of a hand truck. Report with the Clinical Director of any issues of concern. Regulate the central supply room.
