• Partner with Agile and technical development teams to drive milestones and delivery of new and enhancements of existing network product solutions.• Actively engaged in testing, validation, internal/external training, backlog management and development of documentation related to all Fiserv network products• Project and project management support related to client facing digital solutions including exception processing, API, Transaction Research, Digital products, fraud, and reporting solutions across all supported networks.• Own the current development and rollout of new dispute processing system used by entire client base of all Fiserv debit, credit and acquiring customer bases.• Own all internal audit responsibility for the Star Station solution, access governance, test and certification environment solution for external and internal clients, and all client facing announcements/documentation repositories.• Support the Star/MoneyPass/Accel ATM network client support team.• Development and ongoing support of network product solutions.• Responsible for operations support for Star Station client portal and all associated applications.
