I have been employed in the service of our great nation for more than 20 years. I am a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant with a stellar track record of leadership and managerial excellence. My specific areas of expertise include but are not limited to technical training instruction, curriculum creation and analysis, ISD methodologies, Six Sigma and Lean principles and processes, Project Management, and operational employment alignment. I have spent 12 years as a supervising official perfecting various counseling and mentoring techniques. The final 4 years have been spent honing my strategic management of personnel and multi-million dollar military platforms to include funds acquisition, manpower analysis, and Air Force level program creation and implementation. I am meticulous and detail- oriented with a passion for innovation and design. I am well known for my positive and attentive demeanor. I am a stickler for regulations but enjoy out-of-the-box thinking. My leadership style is organic with the ability to adapt to a variety of situations. I am a consummate learner and have developed a unique teaching style as a result.
