I lead 4 delivery teams comprising over 250 members responsible for the successful delivery of 35 highly complex projects on behalf of United Utilities.

Leadership and delivery of a £260m AMP5 portfolio of wastewater projects within the Network Construction Alliance - an alliance between United Utilities and Balfour Beatty. I lead 6 delivery teams, comprising over 150 team members, responsible for the successful delivery of over 80 wastewater projects.

Leadership of a multi-organisational, multi-disciplinary delivery team in the Network Construction Alliance - an alliance between United Utilities Balfour Beatty. With a portfolio value of £55m, the projects ranged from £0.5m to £20m on behalf of United Utilities Wastewater Services. The projects included complex UID and DG5 projects, pipework replacement and upgrades, non-infrastructure maintenance, WwTW HV system upgrades and bridge replacement.

Leadership of a client based project delivery team procuring work through competitively tendered contracts. Project work included solution development and estimating work for PR09 price submission and the delivery of complex wastewater projects utilising multiple delivery contractors.
