AMS utilises a diverse supply chain of contractors with both construction and D&B capabilities to maximise value and performance to our client base.A key element to the role had been leading a business transformation programme to make AMS AMP6 ready. This has focused on simplifying and aligning our organisational structure, clarifying and simplifying working methodologies, improving performance management processes and optimising our supply chain arrangements to take a risk appropriate approach. By also working closely with our client teams to mobilise projects more effectively, huge strides have been made in delivery performance. The projects included complex UID and DG5 projects, pipework replacement and upgrades, non-infrastructure maintenance, WwTW HV system upgrades and bridge replacement.
