I Have been self employed since 1992 working in a wide and varied cross section of construction. From grounds work to first and second fix carpentry. Overseeing rebar installation for foundations and wall construction. Working on foundation and retaining walls on various IBSA projects. Also assisting on the Shenley water tower, a conversion of the old hospital water tower into luxury apartments and the foundations of the homes on the site.I have worked for a variety of property management companies providing cleaning services directly for them or their clients.Around 1998 I started to train in stone renovation, such as marble, limestone and granite, to run alongside the other areas of work. As well as renovations of floors and walls maintenance services are provided for such floors etc for local, national and international cleaning and property management companies, as well as private clients.In recent times I have worked for a company providing Passive fire protection services. I have been interested in developing and consolidating previous knowledge and experience of fire stopping. Therefore I completed and passed an ASFP introduction to passive fire protection course in May 2020. And in June 2020 I completed and passed a BRE and DHF Fire door inspection course.

I have received in house training to add to previous work experience to carry out remedial works following the various surveys..In May 2020 I completed and passed an online course, 'Introduction to Passive fire Protection' provided by ASFP to gain an industry bodies over view of the subject and to develop and underpin my knowledge of passive fire stopping in the built environment and best practice. Then in June 2020 I completed and passed a BRE and DHF 'fire door inspection' course from BRE academy. In September 2019 I attended a fire extinguisher training course and received a certificate of attendance. Also in June 2019 I completed an Asbestos awareness course, receiving a certificate.Today 11th September I received my Level 2 Diploma in Passive fire Protection.
