OESC is the unemployment office for the State of Oklahoma, which was swamped at the beginning of the pandemic with claims. They hired remote workers to handle claimant calls to file for benefits and rectify issues that often arise. I started as a phone agent, but was promoted to Team Supervisor within six weeks, and have served in this role for over a year.

I also was a contributing writer and photographer. In June, my role expanded to include page layout and other.

The board and the president worked to put on 8-10 programs each year, bringing in noted speakers in the field of graphic art, design, commercial photography, illustration, etc. Included promotion of events, recruiting sponsors, event logistics, managing budgets, building membership, and securing new board members. As president, I coordinated the activities.
