-Pilot team managing a variety of cases across a safety spectrum and maintaining high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations-Managing urgent re-bookings related to safety concerns-Negotiate collaboratively while verifying facts and reaching policy-based determinations for effective resolution-Focusing on fully understanding policies and their rationale, while implementing them to ensure the best interest of the company's community is satisfied, whilst also having the scope to make autonomous decisions within company/community parameters-Actively problem solving and sharing knowledge and work practices with team members -Mentoring team members -Working to real time deadlines

-Responding in a professional manner to inbound calls and emails, messaging and making outbound calls.-Input and accessing data on multiple systems, troubleshooting and providing information and real time solutions to customers needs.-Working as an individual case manager but within team environment -Meeting daily KPI's and SPD
