Responsible for Demand forecasting / Sales and Operations execution of supply across our Gaming Hardware devices in EMEA

In April 2014, I joined a new team in Dunnes with the goal to have a centralised ordering solution for the business. When I joined the team, our first department was Dairy; we managed approx. 600 SKUs with the goal of achieving better availability in stores while reducing waste and improving sales. All of which can be seen from the results of the past 3 years.In September 2014 I began working with Liquor SKUs for the Christmas period. The goal here was to manage the stocks available to the business and to ensure it was distributed evenly until stocks had fully depleted. We continued to manage these lines after Christmas with the goal being to ensure the stock holding cost in stores would not exceed 2 weeks sales.In August 2015 the team began poultry and I was a part of the roll out of this new department on our centralised ordering solution. Our goals here were the same as Dairy however it was more challenging due to the shorter life on the product. We saw a massive improvement in the sales in the first 12 months as we were reacting to the latest sales which the stores could not react to when they ordered the stock.I am currently the team of leader of the poultry department while managing liquor SKUs also. We as team do the following on a daily basis:1. Review previous weeks sales daily across all SKUs and decide on which sales to influence our forecasts.2. Plan any promotion cycles and apply admin where required.3. Place orders with suppliers for all stores.4. Contact / meetings with buyers, suppliers and stores.5. Allocate all stock ordered6. Plan seasonality.

Worked across multiple departments (off licence, deli and fruit and veg). When I worked on fruit and veg my responsibilities included the following:1. Quality and date checks.2. Display of stock for the customer.3. Dealing with queries from customers.4. Ordering stock for the department.5. Waste and reductions management.Also managed the stock control process when it was introduced to stores in 2013.
