Have been assigned to different units to include the following: Patrol; Traffic; Field Training Officer (FTO): Background Investigations; Metro Gang Task Force. Have successfully completely accident reconstruction training (5 levels) including motorcycle collision and train collisions. Currently C.I.T. (crisis intervention trained) certified; TCCC training; Less lethal munitions certified; patrol rifle certified and background investigation. Have investigated everything from parking complaints to fatal accidents and from civil assists to homicides.

Providing protection for both City of Aurora employees along with citizens that conduct official business and those who visit city hall. I respond to all calls for service inside city hall and the surround municipal center. I assist anyone in need to directions to the different municipal building which include the following: city hall; police department; library; municipal court; city museum. I assist in transporting any one that is need of getting from one building to another that are unable to walk the distance by use of a motorized cart. I assist with any of duties else that may be asked of me.

Have been assigned to the Metro Gang Task Force since beginning of October 2013 to March 2014. Conducting surveillance duties and surveillance reports for criminal cases of the federal level.

Was a Full-time Reserve Officer assigned to patrol assisting full-time officers with a variety of duties to include patrol; traffic enforcement; accident investigations; directing traffic when needed; and any required reports that were needed. Later was assigned to Crime Prevention Unit and conducted required shooting qualifications; neighborhood watch meetings along with helping in doing surveys of homes to improve security.

Worked law enforcement handling a variety of duties to include patrol duties; traffic enforcement; criminal investigations; riot control; arrest control tactics; completing all needed reports; etc. Then later assigned to Military Customs as a Customs Inspector to customs inspections both inside terminal of passengers & baggage to conducting inspections of aircraft.
