Passionate problem solver:Whether solving math problems out of a book or using critical thinking in the work place, I passionately approach obstacles with a keen eye and an ambitious mind. Education, from student to teacher:We are all truly students. But we can be teachers too! With a love for teaching there must also be a love for learning. I take time to not only delivery my knowledge, but also take in what there is to be learned around me. Whether from new teaching methods and technology or even something new from a student or coworker. Humility is my goal and my tool for learning and teaching. Research:Always looking for more exciting frontiers in mathematics and real world problem solving, I focus the bulk of my studies in operations research, an area of mathematics that is synonymous with decision science. As a graduate student, this will be my focus for what will one day become a thesis.
