Tutor Doctor is a leader in providing affordable one-on-one supplementary education to students and adults through offering in-home tutoring to families. My territory is in the Whitby / Oshawa area.

Proposal Writer – planned, designed, created and edited a comprehensive, easy to understand and high quality proposal document by reusing existing proposal content mixed with subject matter expert submissions and content from internal or external sources.Proposal Profiler – maximized proposal scoring by matching corporate references and candidate resumes.

• Developed information and data to be used in creating proposal documents for commercial or government clients, and harvested, cleansed and refined existing material from prior proposals and stored in internal databases.
• Responded to an average of over 300 content research requests per year from proposal team individuals while meeting all deliverable deadlines.

Responsibilities included the coordination of a knowledge management tool that facilitated the building of customer proposal responses (Pragmatech RFP Express and RFP Machine). Also responsible for researching appropriate customer references for use in service proposals and managing the lessons learned review process.

• Responsible for the proposal management of cross departmental proposals including the management of time lines, involving the Quality Assurance process, coordination with all required departments including pricing.
• Reduced the amount of time the sales personnel needed to spend on administrative tasks by 25%, allowing them to increase their face time with customers.
