Gary provides sales leadership and strategy for HP’s largest U.S. channel partners. In 2013, these strategic partners had revenue of $1.2 billion of Printing and Personal Systems. Personal Systems led the way by delivering $1.15B of revenue or 13% growth, to finish 108% of budget. IPG ended at $67M or 105%. Overall revenue has grown from $626M to $1.15B in 2013. The team is responsible for developing strategic growth plans that leverage HP’s Printing and Personal Systems broad portfolio of products, programs and resources.

Gary had sales leadership for SPO’s Inside Sales that consisted of Marketstar, Personal Systems and Agent. These three sales teams provided Pan HP annual revenue of $3 billion and coverage for 2,500 partners. During the recession of FY’09, sales results were 93% and then 118% as the economy recovered in 2010. Gary also led a sales transformation effort in 2010, which integratedthree sales teams to optimize the sales model and partner coverage.

Director-Sales, SPO Agent, PSG 2006-07Gary had sales leadership for an inside sales organization that was focused on HP’s SMB customer segment for the Solution Partner Organization (SPO). The team consisted of three regional sales managers and 43 account managers that sold HP’s PC’s, servers and storage products and solutions via a partner led sales model. In FY2007, the business finished the year at 113% of revenue and delivered strong balance across each business unit (PC’s, Servers and Printing). The business also showed double digit growth in all three BU’s for 2007. In FY2008, the team finished the year at 106% overall in revenue attainment by delivering exceptional Server results at 124%.
