Quite simply one of the most versatile Entertainers in the business, Gary started out as a humble mobile DJ and went on to create one of the largest DJ agencies in Yorkshire supplying Blue Chip companies & hotels, He opened his own venue MAGGIE MAY'S in Nov 2011. Gary has presented National Roadshows for major blue chip companies / breweries including:-Superbowl Rock n Bowl ShowWilliam Stones ‘Bass Nights’Wards Brewery Search for a StarThe Tetley Challenge Game showCarling Black Label Table Soccer UK challenge and the award winningBUDWEISER ‘All American Rock n Roll Roadshow’ which Gary created & presented at venues across the UKGary co –hosted the 1983 World DAVID BOWIE convention in London with Simon Bates & Nicky Horne.2006 & 2007 Gary co-hosted the B.T long service awards at Alton Towers with Tony Blackburn & Cheryl Baker working alongside stars such as Jools Holland, The Human League, Status Quo, & Madness.Gary was also a popular presenter on local radio MAGIC AM for 8 years hosting weekend shows, breakfast slots and the much acclaimed Saturday Night “STEPPIN OUT” Soul show which he produced & presented.In 2009 Gary co- hosted the Yahoo Yodel Challenge in Covent Garden, London with ‘X Factor’ star Sinitta and was the first to introduce and interview special guest star Pixie Lott after her success the previous night at the MTV awardsHowever Gary is best known as "The Voice of Sheffield United FC” having been stadium announcer since 1993He is a well known personality at the club and has been featured on Sky Sports, BBC & ITV. He introduced the team on the pitch in front of 90,000 fans at both SUFC’s Play-Off Finals at The Millennium Stadium, Cardiff 2003 and Wembley Stadium, London 2009 & 2012Also at Wembley 2014 for the FA Cup Semi FinalFrom September 2011 Gary hosted a National Tour promoting ASDAIn Nov 2011 he opened his own bar in Sheffield City Centre called MAGGIE MAY'sThe consummate professional - The complete Entertainer. -
