Duties include but not limited to:Liaising with clients to understand their initial requirements.Analysing drawings, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare tender costs.Managing all aspects of projects from preparation of tender, preparing work programmes, ordering materials, through the construction phase to completion.Daily management and supervision of our own work force and multiple sub-contractors.Managing all project costs from tender, to interim valuation to final account.Ensuring quality control and health and safety requirements are met.Accurately estimate materials, construction and labour costs as well as project timescales.Attending meetings and liaising with clients and their representatives.
