Painting and Blasting on a major refurbishment of the Gannet platform as part of the MSW campaign. Steel work was blasted to a spot and sweep then covered with a three coat system. Also structural steel from Decks/ Bulk Heads/ Truss Lines/ Flanges and pipe work were all refurbished to a high standard. Decks were screeded and mechanical prepped before.

North Sea

Painting and Blasting vessels on the Gannet platform shutdown, also compiled daily inspection reports which were summarised into a weekly report.The vessels were first cleaned by means of UHP water jetting, the tanks were then blasted to a SA2 ½ before being coated with glass flake.Also patch repairs were carried out using Belzona.
