• Deploy to Clients premises after Critical Workplace incidents. Liaise with onsite Mangers. Apply Physical Logical First Aid to staff members.• Respond to members calls for assistance in a variety of circumstances, E.g. Medical Emergencies, Mental health situations, follow up after being victims of crime.• Welfare checks on members after calls for assistance.• Provide critical care and support in times of need to members.• Liaise with the Support Operations Centre during deployments providing updates and coordinating additional support required for response such as Nurses and Psychologist.

• Manage a team of Fulltime, Casual and Contracted Security Staff.• Oversee the day-to-day Security Operations of the Precinct on Business-as-Usual Days and Event Days. This includes Gatehouse Operations, Patrols, Incident Reporting, Control Room Operations, Access Control, Emergency Response and Parking Management/Enforcement.• Liaise with Contracted Guard Force Management Team.• Manage rostering for Fulltime and Casual Staff.• Complete daily deployment and handover documentation.• Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders in relation to the planning of events, incidents, and day-to-day operations.• Preform the role of Chief Warden on Business-as-Usual and Event Days.• Lead and Coordinate Emergency Response to incidents of internal and external resources. Liaise with Emergency First Responders that attend site.• Operate Fire Panel during emergencies and event day Operations.• Complete Site Inductions of Contracted Staff and Visitors.• Respond to CCTV request conducting CCTV investigations and coordinate its release to Internal and External stakeholders.• Implement and assess strategies to ensure a safe and secure environment for visitors, staff and contractors.• Oversee and lead investigation into Security Incident identifying Root Causes and implementing Corrective Actions.• Lead and coordinate Emergency Management Training for Security Guards and tenants to the precinct.• Use security and management systems such as Integriti (Access Control), Genetec (CCTV), Genetec Clearance (Investigation Management), Noggin (Incident Reporting, access control and WHS), HumanForce (Rostering), Ampac (Fire Panel Management) and VenuesOps (Event scheduling and Management).
