Part of the development and technical team. My responsibilities in this role varies dependent on the needs of the Company at the time. My Job Role was very diverse and I had a variety of responsibilities. I was the primary consultant and senior member for the MailSolution UK Support team. This allowed me to work for a variety of clients, gaining experience and knowledge from a wide range of industries involving small businesses up to large corporations alike. My roles and responsibilities were as follows:Campaign Management – Using both platforms to develop email campaigns to suit to the clienteles brief. I also had experience managing and running SMS campaigns.Live process management – Organising, designing, maintaining and setting up active automated live email and SMS processes Cheetahmails end using the MailSolution platform. With this I also helped and advised my clients, using my technical knowledge and my marketing experience. This varies from complicated welcome campaigns to weekly automated newsletters.Technological Support – Used my knowledge of the technologies based around the system and the system itself to offer technical support.Development - Designing, Coding and Developing Solutions. This was to solve client issues or to create products with tutorials for easy client implementation. Tools for the team’s use were also developed.Client Development - To train clientele within meetings, phone calls and emails. To participate in business meetings.1st Line Support and account management – To support client queries and issues involved with the system. Also included admin and account management.With the technical side of the role I also gained a lot of experience within email marketing, understanding a multiple of Marketing methods, deliverability, Mailinglist types and had a good understanding of ISP's (Google, Hotmail, etc). This knowledge I used to guide and give best practice advice for clientele to improve their marketing strategies.
