My responsibilities include attending board meetings monthly (presently at two TeamCFA Charter Schools in North Carolina) as a TeamCFA Board Representative - staying informed on each school's activities and educational progress, attending special events at each school (school openings, art events, etc.) I also served from July, 2014 to June, 2015 at an additional start-up TeamCFA Charter School in Phoenix, AZ.

I serve as a TeamCFA Board Member at two Challenge Foundation Charter Schools. I am responsible for the oversight of school Directors (Principals) and the Charter Schools which they lead. Committees include Governance, Finance, Facilities, and Academics. Duties include compliance with State and Federal Charter Laws, Open Meeting Laws, and various school policies.

Since 1969 I have filled the following positions: Founding Member and Officer, Georgia Chapter International Association of Financial Planners (IAFP); Taught first classroom course leading to the Certified Financial Planner designation; Vice President of College for Financial Planning; President of Georgia Society of Institute of Certified Financial Planners (ICFP); Vice President of ICFP: Chairman of ICFP Ethics and Professional Review Committee-nationally; Board Member of International Board for Certified Financial Planners (IBCFP); President of West Point Society of Atlanta; Vice President and twice Board Member of the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta; Served on two U.S. Military Academy Selection Committees for Georgia State Congressmen; Elder and Finance Committee Chair for Buford Presbyterian Church; taught senior level course on Management Information Systems at Georgia Institute of Technology as Guest Lecturer from Industry (IBM); hosted first PBS local TV program in Atlanta area on Financial Planning; Executive Assistant to President Emeritus of Kennesaw State University; and Assistant to the Chairman, South Eastern Regional Manpower Advisory Committee, U.S, Department of Labor.

My paintings have been purchased by individuals from Florida to Alaska and Connecticut to California in addition to appearing in one movie in 2017

I co-founded three businesses relating to Financial Planning,serving as President of one firm. I served as a Financial Planner for five firms over a 32 year period in the Atlanta area with clients also in other states. I taught Financial Planning from 1973-1975. I served on three national and two local boards of directors in Financial Planning. I was selected to Chair the Committee of Ethics and Professional Standards at the International Board of Certified Financial Planners; I presented Continuing Education for course credit in Ethics in numerous states. I also made public presentations for numerous corporations and companies throughout the United States.

Assisted Regional Director to fulfill his responsibilities to one of the six regional committees appointed by the U.S. Department of Labor. Accompanied Regional Director at each meeting of the committee, including travel to New Orleans and Washington, D.C.

Worked for IBM in Atlanta as a Marketing Representative in GEM Office (Government, Education, and Medicine). Taught a Senior Level College Course at Georgia Institute of Technology, School of Industrial Management as a Lecturer from Industry. From IBM I moved with three IBM branch managers to join their Computer Management, Inc. (CMI) as a marketing representative. I served the medical market (as I did at IBM) throughout two Southeastern states, including consulting and installation of a regional Medical Data System in Georgia hospitals.

Primary/Secondary Training at Vance AFB, Enid, Oklahoma. Trainied in two jet aircraft: T-37 Tweetie and T-33 T-Bird. Attended USAF Survival School in Reno, NV. Advanced Multi-engine Training (four engine piston aircraft at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK. Assigned to 63rd Troop Carrier Wing, 54th Troop Carrier Squadron at Hunter AFB, Savannah, GA. and served as Squadron Newsletter Editor. The Wing had the assignment to re-fly the Berlin Airlift if ever needed, I served 10 months at Rhein-Main AFB, Frankfurt, Germany. I landed in about 40 countries, islands, and territories world-wide.
