CurrentAlliances Manager EMEA and APACKey Responsibilities:Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with the partners assigned to the manager.Creating and implementing joint programs with strategic Partners that jointly benefit Skillsoft and partners.Work with other teams internal to the organisation to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronised with organisational goals.Negotiate and finalise deals with strategic partners and alliances that… Show more Alliances Manager EMEA and APACKey Responsibilities:Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with the partners assigned to the manager.Creating and implementing joint programs with strategic Partners that jointly benefit Skillsoft and partners.Work with other teams internal to the organisation to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronised with organisational goals.Negotiate and finalise deals with strategic partners and alliances that benefit the companyAttend strategic partner networking events in the assigned region and develop new ideas with them to create new relationships, routes to market and get knowledge about products and solutions.Encourage collaborations with strategic partners.Coordinate and attend meetings with the strategics partners assigned; conduct follow-ups to sustain engagement.Attend weekly strategy meetings to report the business status of each assigned strategic partner, growth initiatives, relevant marketing or sales actions and any information of interest related to the partner.Build and nurture relationships with the partner’s sales, marketing, and produc teams to further mutual business objectives.Ensure training strategies and plans with partners are aligned for growth,successfully delivering on the market opportunity.Drive quarterly business reviews with regional and global sponsors to track progress on aligned GTM focus areas / work streams and other interactions.Maintain a deep understanding of the partners’ key industries, trends, business processes, financial measurements + performance indicators, and key competitorsDeliver accurate weekly and quarterly forecastsEstablish and own business development relationshipsEngage in joint account mapping & engage global sales teamsEnable sales teams to sell, sell thru and sell with documented sales playsUnderstand and drive subsidy programsBuild connections beyond partner groupDrive Product growth opportunitiesChampion partner programs Show less
