As Corporate Accounts Manager for Autologic Diagnostics, I am responsible for the development of strategic business relationships with large regional and national companies in the North American automotive aftermarket. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the growth of the Autologic brand and increasing our visibility across the entire spectrum of automotive related industries.

Our company works with small to mid-size business owners that are looking for new strategies to find clients. We specialize in B2B sales training and development, executive coaching and enterprise analysis.

Developed and implemented short- and long-term sales strategies for national accounts including product training and data logging that resulted in increased national sales for Bosch with accounts such as Verizon, Midas, Monro Muffler, Meineke, Firestone, large fleets and domestic and foreign car manufacturers. Responsible for new product introductions, ROI counseling, product deployment and training program development. * Analyzed each account to determine its needs and created a unique portfolio of products targeted specifically to those needs, such as the development of a beta program for new product evaluation by Verizon with projected sales of $2 million, new product introduction at Monro that resulted in sales increase of 40% over prior year. integrated it into the Bosch Diagnostic Group, a world leader in diagnostic solutions for the automotive aftermarket. Retained position as Regional Sales Manager and assumed responsibility for both the Midwest and Northeast Regions. In 2008 promoted to newly created position of Senior National Account manager with responsibility to develop business relationships with large accounts.

Managed the sales team for a 6-state region, including 40+ representatives and 7 District Sales Managers. Reached or exceeded sales goals of $10 million annually and received numerous sales awards. Spearheaded a project jointly with our technical group to create a technical training program for our sales reps that was used throughout the company. Interfaced on a regular basis with engineering and marketing teams to develop new products based upon customer feed-back.

Prior to Snap-on purchasing Sun Electric in 1992 I managed several national account relationships, including Firestone, Goodyear, Sears and several oil companies. Successfully closed a $4 million dollar contract with Firestone in 1990, which was the largest national account sale in company history. Before my promotion to National Accounts Manager, I was one of the Top Ten Sales Representatives for Sun Electric for 5 years in a row.

* Increased sales to Goodyear by 50% through creative use of existing inventory and financing options. * Nurtured relationship with Amoco that resulted in double-digit increase in sales via timely attention to account needs and exemplary customer support. * Successfully closed a $4 million contract with Firestone (1990) for emissions testing equipment which was the largest sale in company; Earned President's Club status as one of the top 10% (out of 300) sales representatives in the country for five consecutive years
