Selected above 50 non-commissioned officer’s to became the unit’s Resiliency Trainer, training over 450 soldiers in the unit quarterly on the application of resiliency and the need for resiliency in the face of adversity. Trained the battalion’s soldiers on the E.S.T. and gunnery crew tasks. Selected for the president’s security detail, and assigned as the Battalion Barracks Manager, being in charge of over 96 double occupancy rooms which housed up to 192 soldiers. Selected to attend numerous support classes to assist soldiers in their time of need. Those classes included Critical Incident Support class, A.S.S.I.S.T. suicide prevention class. Provided security and support to a military and civilian community in excess of 50,000 personnel. Conducted interviews of witnesses, victims, and potential subjects and examined evidence leading to the apprehension of violators.

Schofield Barracks, Hawaii And Al Asad Airbase Iraq

Conducted criminal investigations of suspected violations of Hawaii traffic code for the Directorate of Emergency Services, a blended military and civilian law enforcement agency. Provided law enforcement support to soldiers and spouses residing on the military base. Interfaced with government and state prosecutors to collaborate on criminal cases and other violations committed on Schofield Barracks. Maintained accountability of all equipment and supplies valued in excess of $250,000. Enforced speed limits by operating radar and other speed detection equipment, pursuing speeding vehicles and issuing citations for moving and non-moving traffic violations. Completed over 150 traffic accident reports. Deployed in support of operation Iraqi Freedom (08/09 – 08/10) and assigned as a team leader supervising 3 soldiers and $800,000 for of equipment and vehicles. Conducted twelve hour patrols of the surrounding area of Al Asad Airbase, Hadithia, and Ramadi Iraq. Maintained a working relationship with Iraq Police and Iraqi National Army.
