Oversees department operations for New England territory. Responsible for creating and implementing the vision and strategy for schools in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Establish business policy and identify regional opportunities for continued growth. Mentor, lead, and supervise school administrators, as well as organise shared positive culture.

Mid-Atlantic Region

Working directly with the Regional Vice President, responsible for overseeing the administration, programing, and strategic plan of the Mid-Atlantic region of SESI. Ensuring academic, behavioral, and financial expectations are being met in each program. Serving as a resource to veteran leaders in the region, and leading projects with those individuals. Providing guidance and support to new leaders, while holding high standards of accountability. Ensuring direct supervision and coaching of potential leaders.

High Road School Of Cecil County

Ensure positive school culture and strong leadership presence in school building. Provide the best possible opportunities for student growth and development through staff supervision and professional development. Professional accomplishments include consistent program enrollment growth, the development of several leaders within the Delaware and Maryland regions, and student assessment data that exceeded and led company-wide projections.

Maryland North Region

Member of ACI team that is tasked with creating company-wide initiatives based on the latest research-based best practices for assessment, curriculum, and instruction. Oversee delivery of these initatives for all students within a three-tiered intervention plan.
