Trouble shooting networking and internet connectivity issues as they effect online auction events and online payments for clients. Creatively work with customers to leverage software to meet their needs when specific desires are not provided for in existing tools. Empathize with and support event volunteers struggling to complete tasks and provide best practice advice to help increase the success of events. Assist customers in high stress situations during their events with calm, attentiveness while troubleshooting their problems.
