✓ Lead project execution of multi-million Euros CAPEX project for turn-key beverage packaging lines from order intake to final customer handover.✓ Project life cycle time varies between 40 - 60 weeks .✓ Project values varies between Euros 4 Mio to Euros 13 Mio✓ Project Scope includes various intermediary milestones converging into final project milestone.- Definition of phases that combine to meet the project GOAL.- Define scope boundaries.- Freeze all project in and out parameters.- Freeze all quality parameters -testing protocols and standard definition values.- Evaluate, challenge, collect, finalize and dissemination of all engineering design parameters.- Monitor/ control equipment assembly cycle.- Conduct equipment pre-delivery inspections.- Follow Packing and shipping cycles. (Packing types / Shipping INCOTERMS- ROAD, AIR, OCEAN / Export Invoices)- Conduct onsite readiness evaluation, construction and operation management: mechanical, electrical, structural, drains, piping, utilities, logistics, hygiene, quality ,production and maintenance.- Establish project health and safety standards for onsite working team.- Coordinate and lead Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and processes installation- Equipment energization: electrical, air and process services.- Equipment start-up and ramp-up based on frozen in/out parameters.- Final product quality checks, measurement with baselines and control deviations.- Coordinate and perform project deliverable acceptance run as per agreed protocols.- Handover to the end customer plant team.- Coordinate, follow and close any punch list deliverables.- Coordinate customer training cycles and evaluations.- Explain and provide documentation, parts for equipment maintenance over equipment operating time.- Hand-over documentation and comprehension.- Record and share project learnings.- Control project financials.- Change order management.- Cash-flow updates.

✓ Owns and drive the update of the on-site activities Sidel tools (CRM) supporting the Project Manager Execution.✓ Manage Purchase Requisition for inter-company/external FSE and JPC in CRM for Internal FSEs.✓ Manage internal/external FSE invoices, to be consistent with PPP file.✓ Support the project Manager Execution in scheduling (request) certified Field resources based on PPP update​✓ Collect all required documentation to prepare and handover the ISM Hand-book to the ISM (Installation Site Manager) before site activities commence​​​​​✓ Manage on time / in full FSE invitation letters and VISA follow up (validity / renewal)✓ Back office Support to the Installation Site Manager for logistic & administrative tasks.​​ ✓ Installation, commissioning, enhancing equipment performance as well breakdown and planned technical support for Glass and Can Line.✓ Performance evaluation of Equipments & plant.✓ Conducting Technical Audit.✓ Component life analysis as an OEM supplier.✓ Down time analysis & Suggesting of corrective measures to enhance plant efficiencies.✓ Providing Technical Training to Plant operational staff in preventive & predictive Maintenance techniques.
