We are their exclusive AGOEM For North & West India.Job Profile: Worked as; (Laser / Punching / bending)Roles & Responsibilities:Usage of CAM (parts & sheets processing) for all the sheet metal components with punching, bending& laser machines. Working knowledge of Sheet master with the punching machines. Giving Operators training for Laser, Punching & Bending application training and product proving. Networking of the entire machines controller with the AP100 s/w. 2D & 3D knowledge for the drawing sheet metal components. Solid-works-assembly and designing.Working knowledge of Auto-loader ASR with the punching & laser machines. Possess knowledge for operation of all the AMADA machines (which includes FANUC and AMNC controller).AP100s/w of Amada, Production, maintenance and quality control and Nesting. Implementing the preventive/ predictive maintenance schedule for all key machines. Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve preset production targets. Looking after quality of punching, tapping & bending in every stage from nesting to bending.Trained all the new employees of Production for material handling operation, safety, fire fighting, and first aid in emergency situation. Introduced daily follow up preventive/ predictive maintenance schedule with documentation. Instrumental in Increased productivity and quality, less downtime & less wastage.Conducted system audits to identify problem areas & find solutions by considering alternatives, taking into account the benefits and costs of the recommendations.
