CurrentWorked closely with hiring managers of both newly generated and current clients and deliver the best possible IT talent for their job requisitions. • Working on Full time/Contract to Hire/Contract positions. • Extensive use of job boards like Monster, Dice, CB, LinkedIn, and Indeed. • Good experience in handling the recruitment life cycle like requirements gathering, sourcing, negotiations, delivery & follow-up. • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Understanding & analyzing the job description, sourcing, Screening, doing RATE negotiation & following up till the candidate joins. • Sourcing profiles through Job portals and Employee References. • Finding the eligibility of a candidate as per the client's requirement. • Types of roles I have worked on - Analyst, Engineer, Admin, Developer, Architect, Manager, QA, etc.
