• Handling full cycle recruitment for Aon Clients and part of the Talent Acquisition team.• Handling multiple RPO clients, including Major oil& gas company (US & UK), BFSI (US/Canada), Healthcare (US), Hospitality (US).• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources which includes sourcing, short listing candidates, conducting interviews across levels, salary negotiations & background verification.• Sourcing passive candidates via data mining, social networking websites and Job Boards, e.g., LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri and CareerBuilder, Taleo, Avature.• Work closely with the Hiring Manager, give and take updates about candidate’s submissions, and other required information.• Build relations with Hiring Managers/Onshore Recruiters and update them against their submissions and scheduling interviews and Daily communication with key accounts.• Evaluate and understanding the intake received from Hiring manager.• Thorough preliminary screening of the candidate to evaluate various parameters like education, experience, technical skills, communication skills, salary, etc• Focus on the turnaround time at every stage and ensure that the best talent is made available in the most cost-effective manner.• Preparing weekly and monthly dashboards.
