I am a graduate from Ball State University, where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology with a minor in Business Administration and Computer Security. Before my time at Ball State, I spent my summer as a full-time laborer for Whisenhunt Construction, where I learned total commitment and hard-work is what's needed to get the job done right. Come my Junior year as a Computer Tech major, I interned as a Geek Squad Cadet for Best Buy. Working for Best Buy as an in-home travel agent opened my eyes to the joys of customer service through technical assistance. From my time spent working in hard labor, IT, and my experience gained from Ball State; I plan to blend that directly into an IT career where I can display my skills as well as truly make a difference in technology advising, creation and implementation.
