Full accountability for the Aerosol and Key account budgets, to deliver significant growth across both B2B functions by strategic management of pricing. This was achieved through improved value pricing and hedging/forward trading of product through the supply organisation. European Development of the Aerosol markets. Project manager for the implementation of the European strategy to develop the aerosol business across Europe. Commissioned the largest study of the European business model that is now widely used as part of the Federation of European Aerosol reports to detail the footprint of supply and infrastructure within this segment. Developed supplies into Europe through distributors whilst modelling a business plan for building new terminals and supply routes between UK and Rotterdam. Avantigas Limited are considered the no1 aerosol supplier in Europe with over 90,000t supplied between the UK and Europe.
