Your mental health determines how you handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices at every stage of your life. In everything I have done, I have held the mental health of those around me in high regard. Through this passion, I pursued an education in Psychology, completing a Masters in Work Psychology and Business. I now want to advance toward making the workplace a safer, healthier, and more caring place to be.
