As Editor I was primarily responsible for approving, editing and publishing content in Orange’s knowledge management system for use in all contact centres. Draft content was supplied by subject matter experts from across the business; I ensured all content adhered to the team’s content standards and I also highlighted flaws and new best practises for inclusion in our content standards.Working on a project that involved the large scale migration of one knowledge management system to another. There were over 2500 articles to migrate, each one had to be evaluated and approved against set criteria which required attention to detail. I was also able to put forward ideas and suggestions to improve the content and suggest solutions to problems experienced during the migration. I was quickly given the task of taking control of the migration team; coordinating and recording the movement of all the articles in the project whilst providing help, guidance and training to the content community, assisting them with getting their content online.
