Responsible for Customer Marketing investment strategy, plan creation and execution, across all channels in UK and 19 European countries.Management of UK and European team based in market.

I managed the Insights team across our Impulse channel providing category development and broader market intellegence to the Impulse Leadership Team, of which I was a member. I also managed the Insight team for the Tesco Business Unit which included working with them on a total store design project

I was responsible for the transition of all Foodservice Wholesale, Cash & Carry and associated Contract Catering business for Tropicana fruit juice from third party distribution to head office managed.Within this role I exceeded stretching financial targets, re-aligned price files and promotion principles within the channel.

Whilst at UB I was Category Manager for Tesco and JS, managing three category reviews across crisps & snacks and also managed the Channel Marketing team across both categories in the C&C / wholesale sector.

Analytical manager supporting the Unilever European Innovation Centres with region and country level reccomendations on topics varying from European NPD introduction to country opportunity identification. A key part of this role involved spending 70% of the time with the European teams in market.Prior to this role I worked within the UK business primarily.
