Gavin is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Texas at Tyler's Soules College of Business and is set to graduate in the fall of 2024. At UT Tyler, Gavin invests his time throughout the Soles College of Business by being heavily involved in the UT Tyler Business Innovation Group, competing and placing in entrepreneurship competitions, such as the ETEC Big Idea Pitch Competition, and working in the Soles College of Business Graduate Advising Office as a graduate assistant.Outside of his studies, Gavin also teaches secondary music part-time at both Lindale and Whitehouse ISD, works with the East Texas Youth Orchestra as one of their artistic operations Associates, while also running a small, private trumpet studio in Tyler, Texas. Gavin also continues to create music at the highest level while performing with many different professional ensembles throughout the North and East Texas communities. Gavin enjoys investing time with friends and family, while also spending time on the lake tubing, skiing and wake surfing!
