Since 2013 have been running my own Sales, Marketing and Training Consultancy for the Hospitality Industry - Winning Edges. Specialising in assessing and improving sales performance and sales processes to positively impact revenue - often through training, coaching and mentoring of the sales team.In 2017 I qualified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor for MHFA England. Since then this has gradually become the larger part of the business - and my passion. Then three years with Principal Hayley as Head of Central Services running: central reservations, conference desk, research, database and marketing.
