This proactive approach, fostered by the new protocol, has significantly improved our service delivery. I used Datadog, Typescript, Nest.js, and AWS CloudWatch to achieve this transformation.- I led the implementation of multiple GenAI features that improved our existing product. This project was vital for the latest investment round, proving our ability to adapt to new market demands and increase revenue. To make sure the launch was flawless, I used the aforementioned observability protocol to take rapid action to fix any bugs that could show up. I leveraged the power of multiple tools to achieve this, such as Nest.js, Typescript, OpenAI, Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, AWS SQS, and AWS SQL.- I mentored senior engineers and interns. By diligently documenting every support question in the Confluence software, we have seen a substantial decrease in support demands, allowing the team to focus more on developing new features and improvements.- I Improved document validation features, leading to accuracy above 95%. The improvements included better UX and data validation to reduce typos, better data modeling to assist the AI validation, and cross-checking documents to validate consistency. I could do this by using Typescript, Node.js, React, AWS SNS, and AWS SQS.- I mentored engineers at both senior and mid-levels. I did bi-weekly 1:1s with each of them, during which we discussed their career plans and performance.
